Shipping Information
Shipping times are calculated from the time your merchandise leaves the Knight Lights® warehouse. Packages are usually shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours of your order. This would be delayed if an order were placed over the weekend or on a holiday. Please make your arrangements accordingly.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, destination and the shipping method of your order. You can see your shipping charge during the order process BEFORE you place your order. You can also utilize the "back" button to change the shipping method (i.e. overnight instead of ground) and recalculate the cost.
Shipping Methods
All orders are sent via UPS Ground Shipping (3-7 Business Days from the date order is processed) unless another shipping method is chosen.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post (7-10 business days).
Alternative shipping options include:
3 Day (guaranteed delivery in 3 business days)
2nd Day Air (2 business days)
Next Day Air (by end of 1 business day)
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.

UPS Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day are calculated on courier's actual rates.
Where We Ship
Knight Lights® currently ships within the United States and Canada. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii are shipped via USPS Parcel Post (7-10 business days).
Where We Do NOT Ship
Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO and FPO and everywhere else outside the US and Canada.
Order Tracking
We want to keep you as informed as possible. Initially you will be sent an order confirmation email shortly after you submit your order. After we reconfirm availability of all products in your order, we will notify you as to when your order is scheduled to ship.
We'll inform you if any items in your order are out of stock and/or discontinued from the manufacturer. You will be sent an email showing which items are available to ship immediately and given the choice to either cancel or process and ship your order if any items are out of stock.
If your order is shipped via UPS or FedEx, you will be emailed a tracking number shortly after it ships. You can then enter your tracking numbers for UPS Tracking or FedEx Tracking.
Tax Information
All orders shipped within the State of California will be charged 8.25%
California Sales Tax.
Return Policy
Knight Lights® wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is simple: As long as the item is in "as-new" condition, the product may be returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving the shipment. There is a 15% restocking fee on all acceptable returns. If the product box has been damaged, taped or altered in any manner, Knight Lights® will also refuse to accept this as a valid return.
To initiate a return you must send an email to support@knight-lights.com explaining why you want to return the product and verifying the product will be returned in the condition stated above. Knight Lights® will email you an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Please include this RMA number with your return. Knight Lights® will NOT accept any returns without an RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as products lost before they reach Knight Lights®, so we suggest you use a shipper such as UPS or FedEx where you can track your package.
Credit Cards and Fraud Protection
In the event that your credit card is declined, Knight Lights® will attempt to reprocess your order for two consecutive days before canceling. (Note: declines are often the result of a mis-keyed credit card number or expiration date.)
If your credit card billing and/or shipping information triggers an alarm flag by our automated fraud detection system, and we are unable to verify the information with the issuing bank, your shipment could be delayed or cancelled.
We have taken steps to deter credit card thieves from using stolen credit card information on our site. We request that all customers shipping to addresses other than their billing address notify their credit card company of the alternate shipping address. This process is becoming standard and credit card companies are happy to assist you. Simply call the number on the back of your credit card and let them know you are placing orders via the Internet and would like to give them an alternate shipping address. Doing this will speed up the order process.
If our fraud department checks an order and the shipping address is not listed on the credit card account, the order will be delayed. An email will then be sent to notify you of the delay and request you register the alternate shipping address with your credit card company. You then have 48 hours to register the alternate shipping address and notify us before we cancel the order. Again, if there is no response from you within 48 hours, we will cancel your order.
Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Additionally we will only charge your credit card for items that are shipped and not charge your card for any items that are on backorder or discontinued at the time your order ships.
Privacy Statement
Knight Lights® respects each and every one of our customers' right to Privacy. At no time will any personal information given to Knight Lights® (ie. name, home address, home or work phone numbers, purchase history, etc.) be sold or transferred to any other party. We have built our reputation on service and taking care of our customers beyond their expectations, and we will continue to provide these levels of service now and for the years to come.
If you place an online order, our secure order form requests contact, billing, and financial information (such as your credit card numbers for purchases). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you should we have questions regarding your order or should we need to notify you of the status of your order. The financial information we collect is used only to bill you for products you purchase.

Prices and Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders and correct any disparities whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
